Corporate Travel

Travel as a strategic tool.

From executive itineraries to leadership off-sites and client-facing journeys — designed and operated to the same standard our private members expect.

How We Work With Companies

Better travel makes better work.

Executive travel that runs on time. Off-sites that actually deliver outcomes. Client trips that close. We treat corporate travel as a tool the business uses — and we operate it with the precision the business needs.

Companies come to us when generic corporate travel agencies have stopped feeling responsive, or when their internal teams have stopped having bandwidth to manage logistics at this level. We become a single point of contact during the working week — for the trip itself, and the moving parts around it.

What We Build

Four kinds of work we own.

From a single off-site to a multi-year executive travel program.

Executive Travel

Ongoing travel coordination for founders, C-suite, and senior leadership. One line to call for flights, hotels, ground, and the changes that come up between them.

  • Recurring business trips
  • Family-accompanied executive travel
  • International logistics + visa coordination
  • Real-time changes during business hours

Leadership Off-Sites

Annual or quarterly retreats for executive teams, founders' rooms, and boards. We design the destination, the property, the experience, and the working hours — built around the outcomes the meeting needs to produce.

  • Executive team retreats
  • Board meetings in destination
  • Strategy off-sites and planning weeks
  • Founders' rooms and CEO summits

Client Entertainment

Incentive trips, top-account appreciation, and the kind of hospitality that turns relationships into renewals. From private dinners around a single event to multi-day trips for a portfolio of clients.

  • Top-client incentive trips
  • Hospitality programs around major events
  • Closing dinners and milestone celebrations
  • Customized merchandise and arrival gifting

Event & Conference Operations

When the team is attending Davos, Cannes, the Super Bowl, F1, Art Basel — we handle the housing, the transportation, the side experiences, and the dinners that matter more than the conference itself.

  • Group housing during major events
  • Side dinners and private experiences
  • Transportation and on-site coordination
  • Conference-adjacent hospitality programs
What Sets Us Apart

Single point of contact. Quietly handled.

01

One Team, One Point of Contact

Your assistant or operations lead has one number to call. We facilitate the moving parts — hotels, ground, dining, and logistics — so your team can focus on the work the trip is actually for.

02

Industry Relationships

We know the GMs at the properties your team needs. That means upgrades when capacity is tight, last-minute availability when calendars shift, and reservations at tables that don't take them.

03

Discretion By Default

We work under NDA when needed and treat every booking with the confidentiality executives and their families expect. No public manifests, no broadcasted itineraries.

04

Responsive When It Matters

When a flight changes or a venue falls through during the workday, your team has one call to make. We step in, find the path forward, and keep things moving — so the trip stays on its feet.

05

An ROI Mindset

Corporate travel needs to deliver. We design with outcomes in mind — productive sessions, closed deals, retained clients, attended events — not just nice rooms.

06

Scale Without Layers

Handle 4 executives or 40 — without the layers of account-manager bureaucracy traditional travel agencies build. The team you start with is the team you finish with.

How We Engage

From first call to ongoing partnership

Most corporate relationships start with a single engagement and evolve into something recurring.

01

Discovery

A call with your team to understand scope, recurrence, and what success looks like.

02

Proposal

A custom engagement scope and structure delivered within one week.

03

Operations

We execute. Your team stays focused on the work the travel is supporting.

04

Review

Outcomes measured after each engagement; partnership refined ongoing.

Common Questions

From operations teams

We work with founders, growth-stage companies, mid-market firms, and public companies. The common thread isn't size — it's that travel matters enough that someone in the organization wants it operated at a higher standard than a corporate travel platform can deliver.

Membership is built around a single traveler (and their family). Corporate is built around a company's needs — executive travel for multiple leaders, group logistics for teams and clients, recurring events, and the operational coordination that goes with all of it. Pricing and structure are different; the relationship and standards are the same.

NDAs are standard. We work under whatever confidentiality structure your legal team requires. Travel manifests, itineraries, and partner information are handled on a need-to-know basis, and we coordinate with your team's preferred communication channels.

Yes. We handle multi-origin logistics, visa coordination, regional ground handling, and same-time-zone communication for teams gathering from multiple cities. International is where the value of a single point of contact becomes most obvious.

Engagement fees are billed by the structure — per project, quarterly retainer, or annual retainer. Third-party costs (hotels, flights, venues) are billed directly to you by the providers; we coordinate and secure the rates, but we don’t front or carry the cost on your behalf.

Both, but the experience is the value. We design the meals, the activities, the rooms-of-the-room — not just the bookings. If you only need hotel reservations made, your existing corporate travel platform will be more cost-effective.
